Hello! I’m Shannon Elliott, originally from Texas and a proud Denver Metro resident since August 2006. I’ve been happily married for 22 years to my best friend, and together we’re raising two wonderful kids, my daughter is a junior in college and my son is a junior in high school.
After 20 years of service in the military, I knew I wanted a career that gave me the same sense of purpose and mission, but with the flexibility to truly be present with my family. In 2021, I obtained my real estate license and intentionally carried those same values into this next chapter of life.
Built on Trust, Structure & Follow-Through
I built my business on structure, trust, and follow-through, because people deserve:

- Clarity
- Someone who shows up when it counts
Real estate, and business in general, should feel supported and clear, not rushed or transactional. I focus on honest conversations, thoughtful strategy, and setting realistic expectations so my clients always know where they stand.
I know what it means to earn trust, advocate well, and balance strength with empathy. My goal has always been to build something that is sustainable and values-driven, not just for myself, but as an example for my children and for others who are building their own path.

- Watching movies or thrifting with my daughter
- Playing games with my son
- Laughing with my husband
I feel truly blessed to live this life and to cherish every day with the people I love.
